The New Future of Warfighting

The 2019 US Army Modernization Strategy spells out what has become increasingly clear — the Army has a tactical imperative to enable multi-domain operations through aggressive modernization as rapidly as possible. The experts behind this strategy envisioned a transformation, a “leap-ahead” that eschews incremental improvements in favor of more daring, creative, and technologically advanced solutions.
