Army commands software support for C4ISR
Under the contract, Northrop Grumman Corp. will work with the Headquarters of the U.S. Army Europe and Seventh Army to support the command, control, communications, computers and intelligence systems that serve Army, joint, coalition and NATO operations.
Northrop Grumman Corp. will provide software engineering support for command and control systems under a new contract with the Army worth as much as $71.2 million.
Under the contract, the company will work with the Headquarters of the U.S. Army Europe and Seventh Army to support the command, control, communications, computers and intelligence systems that serve Army, joint, coalition and NATO operations.
The contract was awarded under the U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command's Life Cycle Management Command, Software Engineering Center, Systems and Software Engineering Support Contract.
Northrop Grumman’s Information Systems sector will provide post-production software support to various organizations at multiple locations around the world, including Germany, Italy, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Africa, Iraq and Afghanistan.
