DISA to implement Oracle Financials
The Defense Information Systems Agency is gathering data on at least five task areas for the project.
The Defense Information Systems Agency is exploring a new contract for implementing Oracle Financials.
The project is part of the Defense Agencies Initiatives Global Model Solution.
In a request for information posting, DISA said it is focusing on several of these areas: budget to report, procure to pay, order to fulfill, cost accounting, time and labor, and asset to retire processes.
Responses are expected by noon July 15.
The RFI also lists five task areas:
- Integrated solution management.
- Business process re-engineering.
- Requirements analysis.
- Information and knowledge engineering.
- Configuration management.
