Defense financial office gets new exec
Recent Defense Department senior executive service appointments include a post in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller).
Andrew S. Morgan has been assigned as director for business integration office for the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller), according to a Dec. 13 announcement of senior executive service assignments. The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) oversees the Defense Department's financial policy, financial management systems, and business modernization efforts. Morgan previously served as director for contracts and eBusiness policy for Naval Sea Systems Command in Washington, D.C.
