The chief of the Justice Department's Antitrust Division will leave her post this year, reports the Wall Street Journal.
Sharis Pozen has served as Acting Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division since August 2011. She may leave Justice this spring to return to private practice, WSJ reports. During her service, Pozen oversaw Justice's prevention of AT&T’s proposed $39 billion acquisition of T-Mobile USA.
