One of the unmanned rotorcraft was damaged March 30 after landing in the ocean off the coast of West Africa. Another crashed in Afghanistan April 6, according to an International Security Assistance Force press release.
The order grounding the aircraft was issued later on the same day that the Afghanistan crash occurred.
