American Systems to support SIPRNet for Army Reserve Command

The U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) awarded a $56 million GSA Connections II task order to American Systems to provide voice and Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) communications support services at USARC facilities nationwide.

The single-award, firm-fixed-price task order has a two and one-half year period of performance, with work to be performed at 900 USARC locations across the country, including Army Reserve Command at Ft. Bragg, NC.

Founded in 1975, American Systems, Chantilly, VA, is an employee-owned company with approximately 1,500 employees.

Under the terms of the task order, the company will address operations, administration and maintenance of the US Arc’s voice communications network, including communications systems support, billing, circuit provisioning, SIPRNet, service desk and lifecycle support, including voice-over-Internet-protocol implementation.
