Rear Adm. Nancy Norton has run everything from a communications station in Bahrain to the C4ISR efforts of U.S. Pacific Command. Now she's in charge of the U.S. Navy's deputy director for cybersecurity, and its director of warfare integration for information warfare. Shorter version: she listens to the fleet's EW and cyber needs, and works to help fill them.
