Andrey Baklitskiy is Senior Fellow with the Institute of International Studies at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). He is part of the Körber Strategic Stability Initiative, a joint project on the future of arms control by Körber-Stiftung and the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg.
