Brian Davis
Retired U.S. Army Foreign Area Officer
Brian Davis is a Ph.D student at George Mason University’s Schar School of Policy and Government. He is a retired U.S. Army Foreign Area Officer who holds a M.A. in International Relations and International Management from Troy University; a M.A. in Applied Mathematics from University of Maryland, College Park; and a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Brian is also a Defense Language Institute graduate in Spanish and Mandarin.
