Iain King is the UK Visiting Fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). A former diplomat and academic, King has written five books that span military and international affairs, including 'Making Peace in War', which recounts his experiences on the front line in Afghanistan. In 2013, he was made a Commander of the British Empire for his work overseas.
