Major Kyle McCracken is a career Office of Special Investigations Special Agent with numerous assignments conducting and supervising felony-level criminal, fraud, and counterintelligence investigations and operations in the physical and cyber domains. Before becoming a Blue Horizons Fellow at the Air Force Center for Strategy and Technology, he was the Chief of Offensive Cyber Operations, Cyberspace Operations and Warfighter Communications Directorate, Deputy Chief of Staff, Headquarters Air Force Operations in Washington.
