U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Gen. Mike Dana retired in 2019 after 37 years of service. He served as the Deputy Commandant for Installations and Logistics and as the Director of the Marine Corps staff. He also served as J-4 Director of Logistics for U.S. Northern Command and J-5 Director of Strategic Planning and Policy for U.S. Indo-Pacific Command.
