Dr. Oleg Svet, AT&T, is a senior defense analyst who supports the the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Studies, Analysis, and Gaming Division at the Joint Staff. He holds a doctorate degree from King's College London, a master's degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, and a bachelor's degree from Tufts University. His articles have appeared in USA Today, Defense One, The National Interest, and elsewhere.
