Sam Telford is an epidemiologist focusing on arthropod-transmitted infections and am a Professor of Infectious Disease and Global Health teaching graduate level courses on biodefense and on the epidemiology of zoonoses. His laboratory focuses on the mode of perpetuation and public health burden of vector-borne infections such as tularemia, deer tick virus, babesiosis, and borreliosis.
