Sharon K. Weiner is an Associate Professor at the School of International Service, American University and a visiting researcher at the Program on Science and Global Security, Princeton University. Her previous experience includes the National Security Division of the Office of Management and Budget and the Pentagon’s Joint Staff. Her current research uses virtual reality to model presidential decision making in a nuclear crisis.
